With supply chain disruptions and so many people opting to ship gifts this year, we expect deliveries may take longer than usual. We recommend ordering your gifts as early as possible!

Our carriers have provided the following deadlines for delivery by 2/14. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery times. But ordering early means a more pleasurable, less stressful Valentine's Day all around.

UPS Ground- Order by Sun, 2/6 at 3PM EST

USPS* - Order by Sun, 2/6 at 3PM EST (Not Guaranteed)

UPS 2 Day Air - Order by Thurs, 2/10 at 3PM EST

UPS Next Day Air - Order by Fri, 2/11 at 3PM EST

Deadlines only apply only to shipments within the contiguous United States. Dame cannot be held responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Do you do gift returns?

We will accept gift returns for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Learn more about our returns policy here.

How can I track my package?

When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check on your order by logging into your account or using the link in your order confirmation email.
