What's your return policy?

Purchases made directly from Dame Products via dame.com may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a website credit, which never expires. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns — so you'll never need to ship anything back.

Credits are applied to the purchase price of the product and do not include the cost of original shipping. If a gift card was used for your purchase, your credit will be issued as a gift card.

What if I bought my product from another website, retailer, or store?

Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.
