Our vibrators and Pillo are manufactured in China with vendors we work with closely and visit regularly, so we can make sure their practices are safe, ethical, and as planet-friendly as possible. Alu lubricant is made in the US.
All vibes include a USB charging cable and a user manual (wall adapters aren’t included). Eva comes with a charging base that doubles as a storage case, and Zee, Arc, Fin, Kip, and Pom include soft storage bags.
Our toys are made with body-safe materials. Most vibrators use medical-grade silicone; Zee is soft-touch ABS plastic. We don’t recommend pairing silicone-based lubes with silicone toys, as those formulas can interact with the surface.

Create a Dame account to start earning points. You can collect rewards on purchases and through promos, then redeem points for discounts on eligible orders. You can also share your unique referral link: when a friend places their first qualifying order, both of you receive rewards.
Most orders placed before 3 pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after that time usually leave the warehouse on the next business day. We don’t ship on weekends or postal holidays, and orders with out-of-stock items wait until everything is available.
Whenever possible, we ship everything in your order together to cut down on packaging and emissions. The main exception is Pillo, which has to travel on its own because of its size. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it can delay the whole shipment.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders leave from our US fulfillment center. Customs forms are filled out as discreetly as possible; vibrator shipments, for example, are described in neutral terms.
Yes. For orders shipping to the UK with a value of £135 or under, Passport Shipping acts as the seller and logistics partner, making checkout and delivery smoother.
As soon as your order is packed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates begin once the package is scanned at the carrier’s facility. Be sure your delivery location is secure, and reach out to support if anything looks off.
Dame can’t take responsibility for packages marked as delivered that then go missing, so we always recommend choosing a safe, attended delivery spot. If you’re worried something is wrong with the tracking, contact our customer service team for help.
Free shipping is offered on qualifying US orders over the current threshold listed at checkout. Discounts that drop your order total below that amount can make the order ineligible. At the moment, international orders don’t qualify for free shipping.
If you purchased directly from dame.com, most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for store credit in the form of a gift card. Credits apply to the product price only, not shipping. Just email our support team to get started and we’ll share the next steps.
Reach out to customer service at support@dameproducts.com and let us know you’d like to send something back. Once your return is approved and processed, your refund is issued as store credit via a Dame gift card.
If you purchased from a different website or physical store, their policies apply. Please check that retailer’s return rules directly — we aren’t able to override another seller’s policy.
Products that have a manufacturing defect are covered by Dame’s three-year warranty when you can provide proof of purchase, no matter where you bought the item. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse or normal wear-and-tear, but if you suspect a defect, contact support so we can review options with you.
Dame warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original purchase date. Depending on the situation, we may repair or replace the item. The warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by misuse, tampering, or service performed by unauthorized repair centers.

I was curious to try the Desire Gummies, given the claims for them made by Dame. I wasn’t expecting much. I was wrong. But they’re helping me in a way Dame might not have expected. I have ADHD (mainly inattentive) and have tried pretty much all of the different medications that help some people with ADHD. The amphetamine drugs all made me groggy (it’s uncommon, but not unheard of), except for Vyvanse, which is a different type of amphetamine. But with Vyvanse the effect is so subtle for me that I’m not entirely sure they even work, unless I take a large enough dose, and then I experience an uncommon side effect of them making my toes colder than they already get. With the Desire Gummies, once I started consistently taking two gummies every day I realized that I am more focused and more motivated to accomplish things, which is what all ADHD medications are supposed to help with. I may have found the substance my atypical, neurodivergent body/brain needs in order to be productive.
